Holiday Inn Express Dubai Internet City, an IHG Hotel

Had a great experience.That was our first trip to Dubai. A short one with friends but because of the weather and warm hospitality, it was pretty good overall. Coming to the hotel, standard express holiday inn hotels are great value for money and this one was no different. Pretty comfortable stay. Great location as well. Loved it! Staff was very friendly and helpful Thank you so much Manager Mr. Khaja and thiru .chandra from housekeeping they maintain my room always neat and clean and recaption team Sumana karim parwaz was all good I’m very happy stay was very comfortable and amazing ❤️

This hotel is just in front of Hult international business school - Dubai campus, and as I was visiting the campus, I couldn't have thought about a better location. I stayed in this hotel before (4-5 years ago, prior to covid-19 pandemic) and had some high expectations. Overall, the experience was still good - a quite and spacious room, breakfast at very convenient time, very comfortable bed with a choice of hard/soft pillows.

Staff friendliness!!! I recently stayed at this hotel for a total of 18 nights and I have to say that the staff here truly made my stay enjoyable. From the moment I arrived in the early hours of the morning, Parwas at the reception went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I was allowed to sleep in the lobby, order food from the outside, and used the internet Wi-Fi. Even when I had to wait for my room, Shalika was kind enough to assist me with early check-in and made sure I was taken care of. I was offered a smoking room at 9:00 AM but I waited for a nonsmoking room until around 12:00 PM. Zayed also helped me check the room. The staff's friendliness is what made me extend my stay twice, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay. Thank you to the whole team for making my trip a memorable one. After my second extension, Kareem helped me in extend my stay. Thanks to him. I really would love to Thank Shalika and the team for being super friendly and welcoming. I can’t explain enough how grateful I am.

The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive. I was there to sit for my exam and they made sure I had everything I might need. I needed a few additional items and they were very quick to provide them. The location is also quite nice as it is right next to many academic campuses so you can take a walk (when the weather is nice!). Overall, I was quite happy with them and looking forward to visiting them again soon.

Room was good size and air Con worked well ( essential in July). Breakfast - good choice and varied Location suited me well as very near my son’s compound - taxis cheap and plentiful to take you to tourist sites as hotel not in particularly attractive location but it is priced accordingly. Room service was good and bedding high quality
